Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Micah Govender Developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our customer service team and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality/service industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and well-spoken.
- Outgoing and social personality.
- Results-driven and able to work under pressure.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willing to travel at short notice and sometimes for long periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Hospitality or management qualifications are a plus.
- Advanced level of computer literacy.
