Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service and sales support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective frontline support, ensuring a commitment to professional learning and continuous improvement, and modeling CTU's commitment to excellence, independence, and opportunity in everyday work and practice.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Campus Operational Manager with office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
Promptly receive clients and provide operational support as required
Maintain a neat and tidy frontline desk and communal reception/client space
Key Responsibilities:
Support client queries
Be a back-up Testing Centre Administrator
Data capturing of data cards for Sales
Support on Health and Safety at the campus
Requirements:
Qualifications: Matric or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and front line support
Competencies: Customer focus, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with CRM software is a plus
