Strategic Marketing Leader for Customer Engagement

As a Strategic Marketing Leader for Customer Engagement at ShopriteX, you will be responsible for driving customer loyalty through targeted campaigns. Your expertise in customer segmentation and marketing channels will help deliver personalized experiences that optimize engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the strategic execution of direct marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring cohesive communication with customers.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and manage effective customer journeys for direct marketing campaigns, leveraging expertise in customer segmentation and marketing channels.
  • Marketing Calendar Management: Manage the direct marketing calendar to ensure optimal customer engagement while minimizing opt-outs and fatigue.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders on brand campaigns, ensuring customer communications are strategically aligned and integrated into the marketing calendar.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance against objectives, providing insights into customer behaviour and engagement.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop roadmaps for direct business processes, A/B testing strategies, and promotions that drive success through direct communication channels.
  • Lifecycle Campaigns: Manage automated lifecycle campaigns to maximize customer engagement and sales at various touchpoints.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or role with a strong marketing background and demonstrable experience working with and building customer segmentation.
  • Proven hands-on experience in enterprise bulk marketing systems such as SAP Marketing Cloud, Watson Campaign Automation, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc.
  • Knowledge of setting up customer surveys and reporting on them.
  • Familiarity with direct marketing principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of direct marketing analytics.
