Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM, UX & Engagement Strategist to join our Global Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in redefining client engagement and user experience strategies, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, driving results, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be a visionary leader, a strategic thinker, and a collaborative mindset expert who can build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships within the Marketing, Commercial and Product teams
    • Engage with Marketing Leads to understand their business objectives and challenges
  • Strategic Leadership in CRM & Engagement:
    • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive CRM and engagement strategies
    • Mentor key Marketing Leads, fostering a culture of growth and development across the team
  • Support for New Business Development:
    • Contribute to new business inquiries, including RFPs, RFIs, and pitches
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Commercial, Data & Insights, and Product team to design integrated solutions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, or business)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global company
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and driving results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience
