ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Doctor Liaison Officer to join our team. As a Doctor Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for managing communications with doctors and referral partners, ensuring that data is transferred into Management Information, and facilitating the establishment and Practice Development for new Doctors.

You will be working closely with doctors, specialists, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and development. Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage communications with doctors and referral partners.
  2. Ensure that data is transferred into Management Information.
  3. Facilitate the establishment and Practice Development for new Doctors.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification, at least 4 years of experience in a service-oriented environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of the private healthcare industry and business acumen are essential for this role.
