What will you do?

**This is a management role that forms part of the Head**: Outsource office structure and is involved in the identification, planning, on-boarding, acquisition, set-up or other engagements surrounding the taking on and vesting of new enterprise businesses. The role will implement the different operational requirements for setting up and supporting new enterprise businesses as well as assisting with the managing of a centralised and de-centralised model including the following centralised functions ;
- marketing the Outsource Blue Star and Sanlam Core Solutions
- sourcing external entities, recruitment and appointment opportunities
- sourcing internal entities and structural combinations that will complement the Distribution strategy
- promoting the SCS VP for SanlamConnect Enterprise
- act as business consultant and change agent to the business enterprises for the SCS BlueStar model
- co-ordinate with the Enterprise Consultant and EBM in order to effect sound production and advisor planning with relevant enterprises ,
- Assistance with Production, Retention and the Quality Control of SCS business
- Co-ordinate In conjunction with the E-Hub manager the effective NUB process through the E-Hub
- Co-ordinate in conjunction with the training academy the SCS pre-Course training and SCS FP1 training
- SCS model support to RE’s, EBM’s and AP’s
- Manage stakeholder relationships

- Assist EBM in driving SCS sales and growth
- Assist with the Operational effectiveness and support of entities/AP’s

Qualification & experience
- Extensive Financial Services experience in a marketing/sales environment
- Sales and Operational Management/leadership of a team/unit
- Management Diploma
- Commercial/Financial or business related diploma/degree
- CFP/RFP3 or equivalent (i.e.: 120 credits)

Knowledge and skills

**IT**:

- MS: Office (Excell, Word, PP)
- Web based platform tool/site
- Advisor tools (i.e.: Sanfin; Leads program, Santrust, Santax, Sanport)
- AUTONUB
- E2 financials

**Business/Management**:

- Financial Services Industry Knowledge
- Specialised knowledge within different channels (SFA, SKS, SBD or Entities)
- Different enterprise distribution models and value propositions
- Financial Services Product Knowledge (Sanlam and competitors)
- Legal technical Knowledge (product related)
