Transformative Business Growth Opportunity

Professional Sourcing seeks a seasoned Business Development expert to spearhead high-value transactions and strategic partnerships with C-suite Executives in the Corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development:
    • Establish and nurture client relationships through a consultative approach.
    • Present compelling value propositions to drive business growth in the youth employment space.
    • Collaborate with the Business Development Stream Lead to develop growth strategies and meet aggressive sales targets.
    • Solicit new business opportunities by scheduling appointments with HR/Transformation Executives.
    • Forge new relationships with influential corporates and strengthen existing ones to drive long-term partnerships.
    • Manage the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and increase revenue.
  2. Marketing and Networking:
    • Organize events to promote commercial packages and build brand awareness.
    • Assist in selecting marketing materials and products for events.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Manage a portfolio of Corporates in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
    • Conduct implementation analysis and sessions with clients to facilitate solution configurations.
    • Assess complex situations and prepare recommendations.
    • Resolve client inquiries and maintain ownership throughout resolution.
  4. Promotion of Company Products:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to form strategies targeting specific audiences and segments.
    • Attend client-facing meetings and report on progress to assist businesses grow and boost sales.
  5. Market Research:
    • Compile market analysis reports focusing on consumer behavior, sales, and market share.
    • Develop plans to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
