NewSpace Systems (Pty) Ltd is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Western Cape. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with retailers and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
Customer Engagement:
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Operational Excellence:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the National Sales Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience:
  • A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales within the hardware or plumbing industry.
  • Proven experience selling to retailers.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English is essential.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Additional Requirements:
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the regions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
