Sales Assistance:

o Support the development of sales proposals, agreements, and presentations.

o Keep precise sales documentation and produce regular reports for management through the company’s CRM system.

o Collaborate with the sales team to oversee customer accounts and address inquiries.

Client Relations:

o Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product details.

o Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients.

o Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and feedback.

Administrative Responsibilities:

o Organize meetings, manage schedules, and arrange travel for the Technical Sales Director.

o Facilitate the smooth operation of daily office tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.

o Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and support marketing initiatives.

Order Management:

o Oversee orders from initiation to delivery, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams.

o Ensure timely and precise order processing while maintaining inventory levels with warehouse teams.

o Track delivery timelines to meet customer expectations.

Technical Assistance:

o Support the Technical Sales Director with technical documentation, product specifications, and project oversight.

o Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of waterproofing and related market products and solutions.

o Provide technical guidance and support to clients as required.

Qualifications

Education:

o High school diploma & certificate/diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

o At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative capacity, preferably within the construction or waterproofing sector.

o Demonstrated success in managing customer service and administrative functions effectively.

Skills:

o Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project Planner, and PowerPoint), and other relevant software tools.

o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

o Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

o Familiarity with technical documentation and product specifications in the waterproofing industry is advantageous.
