Sales Operations Coordinator

The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in maximizing efficiency and ensuring administrative functions in the Sales Division are operated according to set targets and in line with operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Sales team in preparing relevant documentation, including quotations and proforma invoices.
- Process LE/CE orders in line with customer requirements and ensure timely completion and distribution.
- Liaise with banks and credit providers to facilitate finance deals and ensure timely payment.
- Manage sales orders, including receiving and accurately processing documentation for delivery to customers or collection.
- Follow up on estimated delivery dates for out-of-stock items and communicate with the Sales team.
- Coordinate demonstrations and testing of new machines with Area Sales Representatives and Dealers.
- Record notes for follow-up actions and update customer databases to reflect changes in customer status.
- Ensure all administrative functions are in place and being followed effectively, in line with company and system requirements.
- Facilitate customer complaints and queries, fostering dedication to service excellence in every aspect of work.
- Assist the Admin Manager with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of administration experience.
- Extensive experience with ERP and MIS systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
- Excellent administration and customer orientation skills.
- Knowledge of company policies and systems is essential.
