Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full debtors function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Provide exceptional telephonic service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Oversee office management, maintaining a clean and organized workspace that supports productivity.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Strong personality and ability to take charge.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult clients.
  • Own transport and license, as this is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Previous experience as an office manager or office administrator.
Salary and Benefits:

R10k - R12k per annum, depending on experience.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 07h30 - 17h00, Friday: 07h30 - 13h00.
