Job Title: Advanced Technical Support Co-Ordinator

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Technical Support Co-Ordinator to join our monitoring services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering monitoring services to Standard Bank of South Africa deployed on our NTT monitoring platform.

The individual will work closely with the CSO, Security and Client teams to ensure that the monitoring service is delivered as per the agreed contract requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide advanced technical support to clients
  2. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
  3. Develop and implement proactive problem prevention strategies
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs
  5. Maintain accurate documentation and records
  6. Coordinate all inbound and outputs of the MACD and Take-on processes
  7. Monitor and manage the Monitoring call queue
  8. Interface with clients to ensure data integrity on current deployed estate
  9. Oversee the lifecycle of Ci's in and out of maintenance mode
  10. Develop and implement best practices for IT operations and maintenance
