- Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline community interactions, ensuring consistency and efficiency in communication and engagement.
- Assist in planning and executing community events, including venue research, budget management, logistics coordination, and post-event evaluations.
- Create and maintain community resources, newsletters, presentations, and other communication materials using digital tools such as Notion and Figma.
- Maintain an organised database of community members, tracking key details and interactions to enhance personalised engagement.
- Develop templates and systems to ensure all event budgets, expenses, and operational processes remain consistent and easily comparable across different locations.
- Support the Head of Community in structuring member interactions, automating standard responses, and enhancing communication strategies to ensure efficiency at scale.
- Identify and implement digital tools or CRM systems that improve community management and facilitate seamless access to member information.
