Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture prospective student information, appointments, and applications onto our Student Information System (SIS) with accuracy.
  • Enter all leads into relevant marketing campaigns, including online applications, enquiries, and telephone interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Student Recruitment to track database statistics for marketing reports, ensuring timely and accurate data.
  • Provide administrative support to Student Advisors, handling database administration and associated correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain data integrity across all systems related to prospective students and applicants, working closely with Sales Analysts to ensure report accuracy.

Additional Tasks:

  • Support the planning of information evenings and online orientations as needed.
  • Make calls to assist the student recruitment team during peak periods, including database calling and appointment/applicant follow-ups as required.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Student Recruitment from time to time.

Requirements:

  • A relevant 3-year diploma or degree is preferred but not essential.
  • 1-2 years of administration experience, with sales experience being an added advantage.
