Are you a creative and tech-savvy individual with a passion for all things social media? We are looking for a Social Media Expert to join our team. If you have a minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and audience engagement, we want you to be a part of our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- **Content Creation**: Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- **Audience Engagement**: Foster meaningful interactions with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
- **Platform Management**: Manage and maintain our social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Analyze social media metrics and user insights to refine strategies and report on performance.
- **Trends and Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and tools to keep our social media presence fresh and competitive.
- **Paid Advertising**: Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility and conversion rates.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other teams, such as marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive online presence.
- **Content Calendar**: Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule posts effectively.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all social media channels.
- **Online Reputation Management**: Monitor and address any potential reputation issues promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing and management.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- **Social Media Platforms**: Proficiency in using and managing various social media platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and basic video editing.
- **Data Analysis**: Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Creativity**: A creative mindset to produce engaging and shareable content.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the social media landscape.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to changing trends and audience preferences.
- **Organizational Skills**: Effective time management and the ability to manage multiple social media accounts.
- **Paid Advertising**: Basic knowledge of social media advertising and boosted posts.
- **Customer Focus**: A commitment to delivering a positive online experience for our audience.
