We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Ultra Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our medical equipment procurement and inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Capture and process equipment serialized stock orders on relevant databases and Syspro, and prepare invoice calculations and load relevant Sales Orders on Syspro.
- Stock Procurement: Review stock availability and proceed with procurement if necessary.
- Scheduling: Schedule orders for invoicing based on stock availability.
- Coordinating Installation: Liaise with Technical, Logistics, and Applications teams to arrange installation, delivery, and applications.
- Reporting: Control and monitor demo/loan stock, keep track of building alterations budget vs. expenditure, and exchange rate variations/CPI calculations/invoices.
- Financial Management: Liaise with Finance (Debtors) to ensure payments are received in accordance with our quoted T&Cs.
- Licensing: Responsible for RADCON/SAHPRA license applications preparations, including list import numbers and relevant stock details.
- Stock Management: Control and monitor stock placed on usage deals, rental/payment arrangements, and distribution of reports.
- Qualifications: A Grade 12 certificate is the minimum requirement.
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical company would be an advantage, but not compulsory.
- Skills: Strong MS Office skills, with strong skills in Excel, and SYSPRO ERP System experience or similar.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Results-Oriented: Strong communication skills, problem-solving, excellent time management & organization skills, budget/cost consideration, and strong prioritization skills.
