We are seeking an experienced Order Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team at West Coast Personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Order Processing: Accurately capture sales orders within specified deadlines, invoice orders, and ensure timely dispatch of products.
  • Daily Order Management: Follow up on production and import orders, providing feedback to customers, manage blanket orders, and oversee export preparations.
  • Customer Interactions: Handle walk-in customers efficiently, process quotations, and provide timely responses to quotation requests.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 35 years of experience in customer service or internal sales support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email) and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
  • Experience with ERP systems is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of export processes is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-pressure team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
