Order Administration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Order Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team at West Coast Personnel.

The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, a strong attention to detail, and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Order Processing: Accurately capture sales orders within specified deadlines, invoice orders, and ensure timely dispatch of products.
- Daily Order Management: Follow up on production and import orders, providing feedback to customers, manage blanket orders, and oversee export preparations.
- Customer Interactions: Handle walk-in customers efficiently, process quotations, and provide timely responses to quotation requests.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 35 years of experience in customer service or internal sales support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email) and CRM systems.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Experience with ERP systems is essential.
- Basic knowledge of export processes is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-pressure team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Our remuneration package includes a competitive basic salary of R12,135.00, pension plan, voluntary medical aid options, and a flexible working schedule.
