Job DescriptionOverviewThis Administrative Coordinator role is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, managing orders, and ensuring seamless information flow between teams.
Duties- Coordinate project tasks related to orders, including communication with clients and internal teams
- Manage email orders, updates, and changes efficiently
- Facilitate effective communication between the Production Manager, Director, and administration staff
- Organize and prioritize tasks, multitasking in all areas of administration duties
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Matric qualification and relevant experience in a similar role
- Fast and accurate data capturing skills
- Excellent typing skills and good computer literacy
- Able to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
