We are seeking an exceptional Strategic HR Partner to join our team at The Legends Agency. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business success through effective human resources management.

Job Overview:

The Strategic HR Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. This includes workforce planning, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General HR Support:
    • Provide daily HR guidance and support to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
    • Analyze HR trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
    • Monitor workforce planning and succession planning to ensure business continuity.
  • Workforce Planning:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Conduct job analyses, create job descriptions, and manage postings to ensure accurate hiring processes.
    • Oversee onboarding, induction, and orientation processes to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the company.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
    • Advise on labor matters and support disciplinary processes to ensure fair treatment of employees.
    • Address grievances, mediate conflicts, and implement engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Employee Wellness:
    • Develop and implement wellness initiatives to promote employee health and well-being.
    • Manage workplace injury processes to ensure compliance with OHSA regulations.
  • Performance Management:
    • Coordinate performance appraisal processes to ensure fair evaluation and development of employees.
    • Monitor employee performance and assist in improvement planning to ensure employee growth and development.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and facilitate competency mapping to ensure employee readiness for future roles.
  • Reward and Recognition:
    • Administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to reward employee contributions and achievements.
    • Prepare for employee-related events such as year-end parties and awards ceremonies.
  • HR Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies to minimize HR-related risks.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation to ensure data integrity.
  • HR Technology:
    • Manage HR systems and databases to ensure timely updates and accurate reporting.
    • Maintain training and disciplinary records to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • HR Measurement and Reporting:
    • Prepare HR reports and analyze metrics to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
  • HR Administration:
    • Handle employee contracts, headcounts, and rosters to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Coordinate logistics such as transport and leave administration to ensure smooth operations.
  • Self-Development:
    • Continuously assess and develop personal strengths and address weaknesses to ensure professional growth and development.
