About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to provide administrative support to our clients in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to management staff
  • Performing general office receptionist duties
  • Assisting with general office and broker administration at head office
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A National Senior Certificate
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Receptionist & General Office Administration assistant

The following skills will be advantageous:

  • General knowledge of the Short-Term Insurance environment
  • Excellent organisational and record keeping skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge and experience in Excel and MS Word
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is R35,000 - R55,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits such as medical aid, pension fund, and annual leave.
