Senior Administration and Broker Assistant

Mirna Butler Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administration and Broker Assistant to join their team in Bloemfontein. This role involves providing administrative support to the office, including general office duties, broker administration, and human resource management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to the office team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective systems for organizing and tracking tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Collaborate with the Human Resource Manager and other management staff to ensure efficient HR functions, such as recruitment, training, and employee onboarding.
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in receptionist and general office administration, preferably in the short-term insurance environment.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, with ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Afrikaans.
- Able to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Competitive salary: R250,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
