Dedicated Office Support Professional Wanted

A well-established figure in the insurance industry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Receptionist/Personal Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's switchboard and reception duties with exceptional telephone etiquette
- Provide administrative support, including general office tasks and record-keeping
- Assist senior management with scheduling appointments and diary management
- Offer professional support services to senior executives
- Expand the Wills division by completing additional training
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for the organization
- Evaluate and ensure seamless day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English (both verbal and written)
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Presentation and professionalism are essential
- Intelligence, willingness to learn, and ability to apply new knowledge
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Prior experience in reception or PA roles is advantageous
