Job Title: Receptionist

Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and employees
  • Manage the front desk and switchboard, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the correct people
  • Ensure all messages are correctly relayed to the relevant employees
  • Perform general administration duties, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining the office environment
  • Assist with overnight mail and courier, as well as organize and arrange purchase requisitions for travel arrangements
  • Uphold the company code of ethics and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Reliable transport to and from work is essential
  • Computer literacy is essential, with proficiency in MS Office
  • Microsoft Excel is required, with Syspro experience being advantageous
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Receptionist
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Well-groomed and presentable
  • Organizational skills and accuracy
  • Punctuality and honesty
