Receptionist

Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and employees
- Manage the front desk and switchboard, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the correct people
- Ensure all messages are correctly relayed to the relevant employees
- Perform general administration duties, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining the office environment
- Assist with overnight mail and courier, as well as organize and arrange purchase requisitions for travel arrangements
- Uphold the company code of ethics and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Reliable transport to and from work is essential
- Computer literacy is essential, with proficiency in MS Office
- Microsoft Excel is required, with Syspro experience being advantageous
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a Receptionist
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Organizational skills and accuracy
- Punctuality and honesty
