About the Job
We are seeking an experienced front-line receptionist to join our corporate team at Tower Group in Amanzimtoti. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of front-desk operations, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of reception experience within a large organisation and a completed matric qualification. They must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Ensuring confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of reception experience within a large organisation
- A completed matric qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
What We Offer
Tower Group offers a competitive salary package, including:
R250,000 - R300,000 per annum
