Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Southern Africa, aligning with the overarching Sandvik Group strategy and individual divisional strategies.
  • Provide input into market dynamics that drive business growth for the Sandvik Group.
  • Lead the development of divisional sales strategies through collaboration and consultation with senior management teams.
  • Produce quarterly strategic reports on sales area performance, ensuring alignment with the Sandvik Group's overall objectives.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a strong background in business management, preferably within the mining industry. A Bachelor's degree in Mining, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant field is essential, while a Master's degree in Engineering or MBA is advantageous.

With over 12 years of experience in business management, 8+ years in a leadership capacity, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to produce results, and have a proven track record of administrative compliance and legal and SHE compliance.
