Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at OUTsurance.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling difficult calls, retaining clients, and ensuring they remain part of the OUTsurance family.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client queries and complaints in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Deal with client interactions on all levels, adhering to quality standards and company values.
  • Qualifications:

    • Minimum Matric qualification or equivalent qualification.
    • FAIS accreditation is essential.
    • Preference will be given to applicants with prior financial services experience, particularly those with completed FAIS Regulatory Exams (RE5).

    Requirements

    • Extensive sales and customer service experience is essential.
    • Responsible for cross-selling existing policies while maintaining excellent customer service.
    • Advantageous previous experience includes:

      • Call centre experience in client-centric or sales environments.
      • Experience in the Insurance and/or Short Term Insurance industry.
      • Working in an environment with a performance-based salary or commission structure.
