Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Degree
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar role.

  • An understanding of the financial regulatory landscape.
  • Engagement with financial regulators on a regular basis.
  • An understanding of consumer regulation, specifically relating to market conduct and treating customers fairly.
  • Experience in Market, including remediation implementation and root cause analysis.
  • Experience in lending environment.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
