Job Description

The Project Coordinator - Operations is a key role within Bidvest Protea Coin, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various projects. This includes general administration duties, financial accounting assistance, loading of projects, processing of supplier orders, and generating picking slips and GRV supplier invoices for payment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General project administration duties, including task management and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Assist in financial accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense management.
  • Loading of projects onto the system, including processing of supplier orders and managing open orders.
  • Generate picking slips and GRV supplier invoices for payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in office software and online systems.
  • Experience in office administration and contract management.
  • Sound communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fully bilingual.
Bidvest Protea Coin Offers:

A competitive salary range of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
