Job Title: Junior Concierge

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to assist luxury travel advisors daily, maintaining instant contact with clients. As a Junior Concierge, you will transform confirmed itineraries into personalized experiences, learn clients' interests to fulfill their travel dreams, and create beautiful, detailed color itineraries for client vacations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist luxury travel advisors daily, maintaining instant contact with clients.
  • Transform confirmed itineraries into personalized experiences.
  • Learn clients' interests to fulfill their travel dreams, including restaurant reservations, spa appointments, tour guide organization, and special dietary needs.
  • Create beautiful, detailed color itineraries for client vacations.
  • Maintain excellent personal skills and communication with clients.
  • Access email after work hours for client emergencies and potentially work from home as needed.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and intense work environment while providing exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Excellent personal skills and a strong orientation to luxury and service.
  • Proficiency in Word and strong organizational abilities.
  • Critical thinking and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
