Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Achieving Sales Excellence: Drive sales revenue growth by achieving the monthly MRC of 1 x CTC.
  • Pipeline Development: Build a strong pipeline of 4 x CTC monthly through effective cold calling, prospecting, and networking efforts.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new business customers by attending 10 new business customer meetings per week.
  • Product Expertise: Be fully trained and knowledgeable in the Vox product stack.
  • Continuing Education: Follow Vox Academy or external courses as directed/required by the business on a regular basis.
  • Solution Selling: Sell key products to new customers, identifying and presenting customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Presentation and Prospecting: Engage in effective presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value of Vox Telecommunications' products and services.
  • Customized Solutions: Develop and present customized solutions to suit individual customer needs.
Job Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage the customer journey from initial contact to onboarding and beyond.
  • Sales and Campaign Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve personal and company sales goals.
  • Management Reporting: Provide accurate and efficient management of sales statistics and reports, including weekly pipeline reporting, forecasting, and sales area performance metrics.
  • Business Planning: Develop a business plan and sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Market Penetration: Identify and develop action plans to penetrate new markets and sales areas.
  • Workflow Management: Efficiently manage workflow procedures within areas of operational responsibility.
  • Target Achievement: Develop and implement creative and effective plans to achieve relevant targets and objectives.
Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • 3 years of successful direct new business acquisition sales experience in the ISP, ICT, Telephony, or OA industries
  • 3 years of industry experience in the ICT, ISP, Telephony, or OA sectors
