Administrative Support Specialist: Western Cape Government

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the Western Cape Government. In this role, you will provide effective office administration and management support services to the component, handle general enquiries, and maintain component correspondences.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide budget support to the component, assisting in compiling budget expenditure for the directorate and completing the IYM;
  • Maintain and assist with implementation of the component's monitoring and evaluation system, developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of networks and service providers;
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need an appropriate 3-year B-degree (equivalent or higher qualification) and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. You should also possess knowledge of government systems, policies, and institutional arrangements governing the SA public sector.
