About the Role:- Implement and drive continuous improvement processes in the manufacturing of Plugs and Moulds for the Tooling department
- Analyse existing operations and propose improvement projects to optimize production and material efficiency
- Maintain focus on Safety, Quality, and the 5S-Methodology system
- Diploma in Engineering field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand Technical drawings
