Care Team Customer Support Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our Care Team at Fempower. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients from Germany.

About the Role
  • Provide top-tier customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and return-to-sender (RTS) issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and meet performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of 28,000 per year, consisting of a basic salary of 24,500, shift allowance of 500, and commission and incentives of 3,000.
