New Business Opportunities Coordinator: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a New Business Opportunities Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in our Contractors Division.
Main Responsibilities:- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted business strategies
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and other stakeholders
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to create mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate effectively with internal executives
- Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress to ensure contracts are executed as agreed upon
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer and competitor data to inform business decisions
- Presentation Development: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients and internal stakeholders
- Process Design: Design and implement processes to support business growth
- Prospect Identification: Identify and prioritize qualified prospects for the sales pipeline
- Partnership Development: Foster strategic partnerships to drive business expansion
- Proposal Tracking: Track and report on proposal status
- Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with market trends through ongoing research
- HR Collaboration: Work closely with the HR department to develop rate proposals
- Sales Leadership: Lead the sales process from start to finish
