Role Description

This is a full-time position for a New Business Development professional at Kinetix Connect. The role is located at our Bryanston branch. The New Business Development professional will be responsible for closing generated sales leads, business planning, sales, business development, and account management to drive growth and foster relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct sales through in-person meetings
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Presenting, promoting, and selling products
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Conducting business reviews and client satisfaction surveys

Requirements:

  • New Business Development and Business Development skills
  • Experience in Business Planning and Account Management
  • Sales skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Previous experience in the technology or IT industry is a plus
  • Must have own vehicle
