Purpose:

A highly skilled and motivated individual is required to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition in our sales department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets,
  • Meet individual and branch sales targets,
  • Source new business/clients,
  • Maintain client relationships,
  • Ensure proper sales administration.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • N-Dip or Bachelor's degree in the sales and marketing field
  • Mechanical qualification will be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in sales and marketing especially in the selling of services
  • Coatings experience
  • Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage
  • Preparing quotes and proposals
  • Planning and pricing projects will be an advantage (estimation)
  • Contracts and tenders will be an advantage

  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent assertiveness skills
  • Analytical skills with problem-solving attitude
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Projects and PowerPoint (as a minimum)
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Ability to do physical measurements and do required calculation.
