Technical Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are Ad Talent, a well-established food and beverage manufacturing company with a strong presence in the industry.
As a Technical Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Compiling weekly performance statistics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement
- Implementing measures to enhance volumes and profitability, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication
- Providing regular sales performance updates to stakeholders, both weekly and monthly
- Planning and recording customer visits to foster strong relationships and ensure consistent communication through business reviews
- Maintaining close surveillance of competitor activities, identifying opportunities to stay ahead
- Effectively managing customer pricing and Return-To-Manufacturer (RTM) processes
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING SOUND BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH ALL PARTIES THROUGH REGULAR INTERACTION
- Communicating complex information effectively and efficiently with customers at various levels, as well as all stakeholders
- Providing technical support to customers, resolving queries and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborating with warehouse staff to guarantee proper and prompt processing of customer claims
- Assisting customers in developing new products, promoting the brand and enhancing customer satisfaction
This role requires a solid 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in food manufacturing. A competitive salary is offered, estimated around $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on location and qualifications.
