As a Technical Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling weekly performance statistics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Implementing measures to enhance volumes and profitability, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication
  • Providing regular sales performance updates to stakeholders, both weekly and monthly
  • Planning and recording customer visits to foster strong relationships and ensure consistent communication through business reviews
  • Maintaining close surveillance of competitor activities, identifying opportunities to stay ahead
  • Effectively managing customer pricing and Return-To-Manufacturer (RTM) processes
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING SOUND BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH ALL PARTIES THROUGH REGULAR INTERACTION
  • Communicating complex information effectively and efficiently with customers at various levels, as well as all stakeholders
  • Providing technical support to customers, resolving queries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with warehouse staff to guarantee proper and prompt processing of customer claims
  • Assisting customers in developing new products, promoting the brand and enhancing customer satisfaction

This role requires a solid 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in food manufacturing. A competitive salary is offered, estimated around $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on location and qualifications.
