Job Title: Luxury Lodge Operations Manager

Job Summary: ABC Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Lodge Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that each guest receives personalized service, enhancing their experience through attention to detail, exceptional hospitality, and swift resolution of any issues or special requests.
  • Lead and develop a motivated team, providing comprehensive training and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Manage and oversee all stock levels, including food, beverages, and housekeeping supplies, ensuring optimal inventory management.
  • Prepare and present detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lodge operations and stock movements, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of financial management, assisting in budget preparation and cost control.

Challenges:

  • Managing operations in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high guest satisfaction.
  • Balancing the diverse demands of guests and the operational needs of the lodge.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a 5-star establishment or luxury lodge environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing lodge operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
  • Passion for guest satisfaction and staff development.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within hospitality, specifically in a 5-star or luxury lodge environment.
