At Oxyon People Solutions, we seek a seasoned Insurance Business Development Manager to spearhead sales growth in the Cape Town region. This role requires a resilient and self-motivated individual to promote our company and develop strategic relationships with insurance intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow sales through insurance intermediaries by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Promote our company to the insurance industry through targeted marketing initiatives and product information.
  • Provide ongoing product training to a portfolio of brokers, administrators, and underwriters, ensuring they are equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, track industry trends, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Achieve set monthly and yearly sales targets while maintaining a strong network of industry connections.

Requirements

  • Matric with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
  • Relevant insurance qualifications or industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Established connections and networks within the insurance industry will be beneficial.
  • Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license.
