  • Team Management & Coordination:
    • Lead cross-functional teams to develop digital marketing plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Coordinate team efforts across web, app, and social media platforms to maximize reach and impact.
    • Ensure timely completion of all social media marketing department operational requirements.
  • Research & Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify user needs and translate findings into actionable product strategy recommendations.
    • Monitor and gather feedback on product launches and report on findings to inform content and communication strategies.
    • Provide market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
  • Content & Communication:
    • Develop and implement content strategies across web, app, and social media platforms to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
    • Craft communication plans that optimize content for each platform to maximize reach and impact.
  • Collaboration & Execution:
    • Collaborate with engineers, designers, marketing teams, and agency partners to ensure delivery of operational requirements.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver intuitive user experiences and maintain relations with customers and sales representatives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in Marketing or related field.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms and website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Social Media platform certifications and proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly in the Telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage people and gather and analyze data for insights and continuous improvement.
