In this role, you will work closely with the Divisional Heads, Discovery Team, and Marketing to measure and direct on-site traffic to feature categories and product ranges that meet business objectives. Your responsibilities will include optimizing site navigation, search optimization, and improving the performance of all site merchandising assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement category strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new strategic themes and merchandising assets, including seasonal landing pages and anchor promotions
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of each merchandising initiative and deployment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Work with the discovery team and catalogue product team to continuously improve the integrity of navigation on site, app navigation, and search optimization
