Huawei EBG Product Management Opportunity

The Huawei EBG Product Manager is responsible for driving growth and success of Huawei's Enterprise Business Group (EBG) product portfolio. This includes developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing vendor relationships, ensuring sales enablement, and optimising product positioning within the market.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage Huawei's Enterprise Networking and Enterprise Data Centre portfolio within First Distribution.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and increase partner engagement.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Huawei's product roadmap, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Huawei to optimise product forecasting, pricing strategies, and stock availability.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with resellers, system integrators, and enterprise customers.
- Drive channel recruitment, onboarding, and enablement initiatives to expand Huawei's market presence.
- Conduct product training sessions and technical workshops to enhance partner expertise.
- Provide presales support, including solution positioning and competitive differentiation.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate demand for Huawei solutions.
- Support account managers and partners in closing key enterprise deals.
- Align strategies with Huawei's sales teams to achieve shared growth objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to meet revenue targets.
- Stay up to date with Huawei products and processes through training and vendor webinars.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of both vendor and First Distribution processes.
- Coordinate product updates, availability, and pricing with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
