Office Management Coordinator

Signa Opportunity is looking for a skilled Office Management Coordinator to manage our day-to-day office operations.
About the Role:
- This is a challenging role that requires a proactive and organized individual who can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diaries, scheduling meetings and learner classes, and preparing learning materials for training classes.
- You will also be dealing with queries on the phone and via email, including emailing documents as required, arranging post and deliveries, and typing minutes at meetings, filing and sending them.
- A certificate, diploma, or degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Marketing is required. Experience in administration is preferred.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills are essential for this role.
- You should be able to multitask, work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
- Preparing, organizing, and filing company information in paper and digital formats.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and via email.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and learner classes.
- Printing and preparing learning materials for training classes.
- Arranging post and deliveries.
- Typing minutes at meetings, filing and sending them.
