About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at Southernair Air. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Payroll Manager with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees, including processing paperwork and providing necessary documentation.
  • Timekeeping and Attendance: Manage employee timekeeping and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Communication and Coordination: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, management, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination of payroll processes.
  • Monthly Processes: Assist with monthly payroll processes, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • General Payroll Administration: Provide general administrative support to the Payroll Manager, including responding to employee inquiries and resolving payroll-related issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
