Job Title: Payroll Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Gap Consulting. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and reporting
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and payroll history
* Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of payroll with other financial processes
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years experience as a Payroll Administrator
* Relevant tertiary education will be beneficial
* Proficient in Sage 300 essential
* Strong knowledge of tax regulations will be beneficial
* Valid driver's license and own transport required
* Contactable references and payslips
Salary Structure:
* Basic salary of between R and R negotiable based on experience
