Invictus Education Group: Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Invictus Education Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and ensuring our sales teams have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to drive sales performance and efficiency
  • Build and maintain sales content, including sales collateral, training materials, and sales tools
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Relevant business qualification and minimum 5 years of work experience in sales and systems environment
  • Solid understanding of the sales cycle and people management skills
  • Salesforce experience and education and youth sales experience/knowledge advantageous
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have own transport and be able to travel for 30% of the month
