Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Telebest. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their skills and experience to drive business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new opportunities, and developing strong relationships with existing customers. You will also be required to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and achieve monthly targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through prospecting and research
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Syspro experience required
  • Valid driver's license
