Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Southern African market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving new business revenue targets for our governance, risk, and compliance software.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in software solution sales and be able to prospect through companies to identify key decision-makers. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to develop a solid pipeline of potential clients and achieve quarterly and annual KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business revenue targets for the assigned territory.
  • Qualify new business opportunities within targeted markets through high-level prospecting and sales discovery initiatives.
  • Gain an understanding of customers' specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
  • Engage with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and online communication channels to introduce our products/services and establish rapport.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years proven experience in a software solution sales role.
  • Proven ability to prospect through companies to identify the correct individuals.
  • Proven capability of running a full sales cycle, from finding a new opportunity to closing deals.
  • Demonstrated track-record in achieving targets and capable of hitting sales KPI activity levels.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools/software.
  • Excellent presentation capability.
