**Job Overview:**
Sales Fraternity is seeking an African Territory Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies in the African region, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales results.
About the Core Functions:
- Contribute to the development of the African territory in line with our sales strategic plan, focusing on growth and expansion.
- Develop a deep and trusted network within miners, traders, owners, and financial players in the Sub-Saharan mining markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate organic and incremental inorganic growth opportunities in Africa.
- Strengthen employee engagement, teamwork, and discretionary effort in the business development area.
- Maintain excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and close sales deals.
- Travel extensively to meet customers, attend trade shows, and provide on-site support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
- Track strategy implementation progress and identify contingency plans for achieving African strategic goals.
