Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office activities, overseeing accounts processes, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General office administration and management of workshop/office activities
  • Account processing - debtors and creditors management
  • Telephone duties - switchboard experience
  • Reception experience
  • Stock management - ordering stock, conducting stock takes, and tracking inventory
  • Processing quotes and purchase orders
  • Client liaison - interacting with customers
Requirements:
  • Matric qualification (advantageous)
  • Valid driver's license
  • At least 3 years of workshop Administration/Office Administration experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Compensation

The salary for this position is up to R15 000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience.
